L-CAR9000 SUPER DIET SLIMMING, L-Carnitine Review

  • L-Carnitine helps with weight loss, by moving your fatty acids into your cells to be burned for energy.

  • The daily dosage for L-Carnitine approximately is 3g per day. But, this product contains 9g per capsule. It might have a stronger effect on us and per day we eat 2 capsules which means 18g of L-Carnitine.

  • What happens when you took more than the recommended daily dosage? It may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, seizure and fishy body odor.

  • L-Carnitine is LIKELY SAFE to be consumed for up to 12 months. BUT, with the right dosage.

  • It helps with suppressing appetite

Knowing this info is enough for me since I really wanted to try it!

Since my sister has a hair-fall problem, she decided to buy this item and she consumed it for a month and drink it daily in the morning.

After consuming it for a month, the biggest thing that she noticed is her hair is less likely to fall off than before, new hair growth and her hair root getting stronger.

California Gold Nutrition CollagenUP Marine Collagen + Hyaluronic Acid + Vitamin C Reviw

I always knew she had a hair-fall problem because I noticed her hair is getting thin. She tried other product such as B-Vitamin before, sadly the product didn't suit her.

Luckily, after a few reading on the internet and advertising that she saw, she decided to buy this and didn't even regret it. She even said she's going to buy this more since she really loves this product.

Maybe I should give it a shot too right?

Since it is kinda hard to find some product review these days. I hope this might help you to consider to buy it or not.

For me, it's a big YES if you want to try this.

I wrote this review after my sister consumed it for a month. Maybe I will write more about this. Since the product is also for skin and joint.

The goodness of the swallow's nest - Ecolite Birds Nest With American Ginseng and White Fungus

Ecolite Birds Nest With American Ginseng

The goodness of the swallow's nest - Ecolite Birds Nest With American Ginseng

Bird nest has been consumed by many people and it is one of the delicacies in Chinese cuisine. It contains protein, anti-aging properties, collagen, amino acid and minerals which is essential for our health. So, I decided to try it since it is also good for the skin. I mean, it has a lot more benefits than this, that is why the price is also expensive!

The goodness of the swallow's nest - Ecolite Birds Nest With American Ginseng

There are many types of Bird Nest's has been sold out there. Raw or clean bird nest and birds nest drink. Honestly, it is hard to tell how many percentages of birds nest contains in a drink. I bought mine a 70ml bird nest, brand Ecolite which contains below 7% of birds nest.

The goodness of the swallow's nest - Ecolite Birds Nest With American Ginseng

Honestly, if you're going to eat it raw, it tastes like nothing (unflavored jelly) and cleaning a raw bird nest is not a fun thing to do. Maybe that is also one of the reasons why the cleaned bird nest is kinda expensive than the raw nest.

The goodness of the swallow's nest - Ecolite Birds Nest With American Ginseng

By the way, I bought this while on sales so it didn't cost me a lot of money. Per box has 6 bottle 70ml and sorry for the bad photo background. I was just so excited when I received it and directly took a photo without thinking about the background. As you can see, the product is well packed by the supplier! Receive it in a really good condition, worth the money.

It is not fair to write a review if I only consume 1 box. So I decided I will buy a box or more depending on my budget. If you really wanna have a firm skin you can try Bird Nest. BUT, this is a long term drink. You can't drink it for a month and expect a good result.

As I said earlier, it contains collagen and anti-aging properties. If you have a skin problem surely this can help you solve it. Since I have a box here, I will drink it 2 bottles per week. In a year I guess, I will write another review.

Noted to everyone here, smoking can damage our skin and caused more than a wrinkle. Don't ever smoke and drink Bird Nest, but expecting a good result. Also, NO alcohol.

The goodness of the swallow's nest - Ecolite Birds Nest With American Ginseng

There are 2 types of Bird Nest that I bought from this supplier. Bird nest without ginseng and with ginseng. This product sold out real fast, I wanted the Birds Nest original but I missed the chance. Believe me, a lot of people drink this because of its benefits.

I bought the Birds nest with ginseng, but I didn't regret it at all. It tastes really good! It is sweet, but not a sweet juice. I can't really explain it, but it tastes damn good. So do not worry if you're going to try this for the first time. Whether with ginseng or without ginseng both have the same benefits.

The ginseng didn't overpower the taste. Because that's what I thought at first. But no, it tastes good and even better if you drink it cold.

The goodness of the swallow's nest - Ecolite Birds Nest With American Ginseng

Benefits of Birds Nest

  • Improve the kidney system.
  • Anti-wrinkle/aging
  • Eliminate facial wrinkles
  • Asthma (tired)
  • Treat chronic cough
  • Young people (men and women)

There's a lot more benefit than this! My purpose in consuming Ecolite Birds Nest is for the collagen contains which is good for my skin and anti-aging properties. Oh, and this product is 100% organic and natural.

Part 2 from this post will be up in a year or a few months, I guess? This is a long term drink, so drinking a box of this and make a review afterward is kinda wrong...

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

Many cases of suicide are not reported, because there are still many who think that suicide is a very taboo thing to talk about in the community and also the family. This thinking makes it difficult for psychologists, psychiatrists, and researchers to gather data and also find solutions to this problem.

In addition to helping ourselves, we need to help those closest to us. Here are some things we can do for them:

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

1. Be a Good Listener

The mistake that often happens is that we hear to respond, not to understand. People who are depressed often don't need our advice, they just want to be heard.

Sympathize with the current situation, be patient, calm and try to accept all the stories they share. Our friends or family are doing the right thing by sharing their stories with us.

We can respond to their stories with "what can I help you with?", "Yes, I understand," or "I'm always here if you need". Tell them that we really care about their condition, and they are not alone.

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

2. Do not judge

One reason many people are reluctant to talk about their mental state is the fear of being judged. Whatever they have experienced in the past, no matter how bad it is, even though it does not correspond to the moral values that we profess, don't judge them ever.

Take the time to listen to what they are feeling. It is not a matter of what they have done, but rather about how they feel about it and also what they think of themselves.

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

3. Don't Bully People Who Are Depressed

It has often been proven that bullies can greatly trigger suicide. The effects of bullying on the feelings and qualities of the victim are very destructive. They will feel worthless, unloved, undesirable.

Put ourselves in their position. Do we want to be embarrassed in public? If not, then don't do it to other people.

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

4. Don't Comparison with Others

Saying that you know how people feel depressed will not help at all. It's the same as making comparisons with other people. "If she can, why you can't?" This will only make people with depression more desperate.

The reason is, people have their own capacity in controlling emotions and solving problems, so you can't equate one problem with another.

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

5. Don't Be Harsh

If you think being tough will scare depressed people, this just won't work. For example, you threaten to leave because you are impatient with your depressed friend's condition. This is not useful because it will only make them feel worse and depressed.

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

6. Be patient

The key to assisting depressed people is patience. By being patient, you indirectly tell that whatever happens, you will always be on the side of a friend or family member who is depressed.

Accompanying people with depression is like walking on eggs, one wrong step will certainly make things worse. As a solution, being patient with that person is the best gift for them.

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

7. Persuade Them to Get Help from Professionals

If the condition of our friends or family does not improve, we must slowly advise them to get serious help.

Reassure them that there is help and also the thought of suicide is only temporary. Tell them that their lives are very important to us and also family.

If your friend is aware of expert help as a psychologist or psychiatrist, that's a good sign. If something happens, make them feel comfortable so that they will not reluctant to meet with experts, such as to consult directly. Also, make sure you become a person who can be relied on if he tries to hurt yourself or someone else. You need to know emergency numbers, like hospitals.

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

8. Learn to empathize or fully understand their feelings

When someone struggles with depression, he will not just tell stories and then forget the problem. Try to empathize or fully understand their feelings. Maybe you do not experience firsthand what they experienced, but try to position yourself if you experience it.

Even so, try not to be carried away with emotions, such as crying or howling. Remember, you are there to calm, not just make the atmosphere worse. In addition, with you to follow emotions are the same as the health of your soul disturbed.

9 Effective Ways to help a friend or family member with depression

9. Take good care of yourself because dealing with depressed people is not easy

Unlike your friends who are easily cheerful and happy, people with depression sometimes make you tired and frustrated. In essence, make sure you are safe and sound physically and mentally before helping your friend. If you feel tired, give yourself time to be alone and improve your mood. You should know that you can't be by their side all the time.

You also need to live your life and make yourself happy.

You definitely want your depressed friend to feel happiness and laughter again. However, you need to know that it won't all happen instantly. Need consistent and slow effort. You need to be sincere in doing this business. Let's just say you are doing charity for humanity.

The Difference Between Stress, Depression, and Anxiety

9/23/2019

The burden from work, problems with your partner, economic problems, even family problems often expose you to unpleasant situations. Automatically, you also react, one of them through stress.

Stress that occurs protracted allows you to deal with situations that look scary that makes you feel easily tired, anxious, and miserable. An unresolved state of severe stress can lead to depression and anxiety disorders. Therefore, it is important for you to know the difference between stress, depression, and anxiety.

Difference Between Stress, Depression, and Anxiety

Get familiarized with Stress

In stressful situations, your body will naturally respond to self-defense against the condition. This form of response is known as stress. Although stress conditions are not preferred, actually stress helps us to live and stay safe.

So when you are faced with situations that trigger stress, your body will automatically pick up on these signals as a threat. Then the brain will produce a number of hormones and chemical compounds such as adrenaline, cortisol, and norepinephrine to protect you. This hormone norepinephrine triggers a "fight or flight" reaction in the body.

Stress does not always have a negative effect because, under certain conditions, it will give positive encouragement to you so that you can respond effectively to sources of pressure. However, stress often gives negative energy because the brain is flooded by the three hormones produced.

This causes you to feel confusion and anxiety. Moreover, blood flow will go to other body parts to respond to the stress physically. As a result, brain function decreases because more blood flows to other parts of the body. Therefore, when you experience stress you will have difficulty thinking clearly.

One natural remedy for dealing with stress is sleep. The reason is during sleep your body will slow down its activity so that the body has time to make improvements naturally.

Difference Between Stress, Depression, and Anxiety

What is Depression?

Prolonged and unresolved stress can trigger mental illness, depression. Depression is generally characterized by worsening moods, feelings, stamina, appetite, sleep patterns, and reduced levels of concentration.

It's important to know, depression is different from feelings of sadness that can improve over time. Although some cases of depression are preceded by feelings of sadness and sorrow, the symptoms of depression are more intense and overwhelming. In some cases, depression lasts for two weeks or more.

The effects of depression can cause drastic changes in mood that lead to feelings of grievance, despair, and the heaviest level that makes you not want to continue living. With the pressures of life like today, the possibility of someone experiencing depression is much higher. At least one in five people in the world have experienced depression in a particular life span.

Difference Between Stress, Depression, and Anxiety

Anxiety Disorders

Then, what is the difference between stress, depression, and anxiety? Anxiety generally is your reaction to stress. Some of the characteristics of anxiety are the onset of heartburn sensations, the heart beating faster than usual, dizziness, cold sweat, and rushed breathing.

Usually, these things will disappear by themselves after you successfully complete the work or situation that is a source of stress. When that feeling of anxiety gradually goes away by itself it means that the psychological level that you are experiencing is still quite "safe" so the body can respond and handle the situation.

Anxiety in the level of danger is if you are constantly hit by unreasonable fears and assume various things like a big threat. Though these things might not trigger a threat as big as you have in mind. In such conditions, you should consult a doctor to determine further steps to overcome anxiety.

Based on the explanation of the three psychological problems there are indeed similar characteristics. But it is clear if you experience stress and anxiety, you still know what problems are faced and how to overcome them. Although the source of stress and anxiety may be random. Then, making a priority scale for solving existing problems can be one way out of these two problems.

Meanwhile, when you are depressed, you are generally powerless to analyze what causes it so that the reactions that appear instead become a problem. Usually, depression occurs in a longer duration of time than stress. Disorders such as difficulty sleeping, lazy to meet people, so difficult to eat and digestive disorders can arise due to these conditions.

So, if you start picking up stress signals, try to deal directly with them so they don't drag on and trigger depression!

Difference Between Stress, Depression, and Anxiety

So, what distinguishes stress, depression, and anxiety disorders?

Although there are some overlapping characteristics of stress, depression, and anxiety disorders, these three emotional upheavals come from very different places. The stress we experience in everyday life is related to frustration and overwhelming, while anxiety disorders and depression can be rooted in worries, fears, and despair that have no exact cause - although they may be triggered by many factors, including genetics, biology and brain chemistry, life trauma, to chronic ongoing stress. The main difference between the three is a sense of helplessness.

When under stress and anxiety, you know exactly what you are facing, namely the challenges of life that you encounter every day (even if it happens randomly) - work deadlines, financial bills, household affairs, etc. But sometimes, what makes you stress can also come from within, triggered by an overactive imagination or not thinking clearly. Stress and anxiety will disappear when you make priorities and handle them one at a time. In the end, you can find a way out of every problem and get back up through the day.

Meanwhile, living with an anxiety disorder or depression makes you helpless to know what worries you, so that your reaction is the problem. Both of these psychological disorders occur continuously without having to respond to certain experiences or situations and tend to last long (often up to monthly or even years). Both can greatly limit your function as a human being. You may feel constantly tired and lose motivation/enthusiasm for activities such as working, eating, socializing, studying, or driving like other people.

All three are psychological disorders that need to be treated. Not only does it affect mental health, but it can also affect your physical health in the long run. However, depression and anxiety disorders aren't something you can cure yourself, so it's important to get medical help as soon as possible. Fortunately, there are a variety of treatment options available to manage each symptom.

What is Depression? Depression Symptoms/Signs and How to Overcome Depression Problems

What is Depression

Understanding mental health is often called not as easy as understanding physical health problems, because of the invisible features, such as scars or high blood pressure that can be a marker of disease in a physical health examination.

Depression, for example, is sometimes unaware of its appearance, even by people who experience it, because people do not recognize the characteristics of depression they experience. Depression can be interpreted as a condition of psychological disorders characterized by feelings of sadness or deep emptiness. Depressed people usually feel that they are entering a deep, dark, and difficult hole to get out of there.

What is Depression? Depression Symptoms/Signs and How to Overcome Depression Problems

Causes of Depression

Depression is one of the most common mental illnesses experienced by people. Unfortunately, until now it is not known exactly what causes this condition. However, some experts believe that this condition can occur due to several factors, including:

  • Genetic factors

Most researchers suspect that if you have parents or siblings who experience this condition, then you have the opportunity to experience it as well.

  • Biological factors

This condition can be caused due to levels of chemical compounds in the brain (neurotransmitters) that regulate mood imbalances. When chemical compounds in the brain are in short supply, this can cause a series of symptoms known as clinical depression.

  • Gender

Did you know that women have a higher risk of depression than men? Yes, women are known to be twice as susceptible to depression due to the influence of hormonal changes that occur during their lives.

  • Drugs

The use of banned drugs and alcohol can actually trigger this disorder. In fact, prescription drugs given by doctors can also cause this condition.

  • History of certain diseases

Your psychological and physical condition are closely related to each other. So, if you experience physical health problems, you might also experience psychological problems too.

Frequently, stress and pain due to chronic illness can trigger severe depression. Certain diseases, such as thyroid disorders, Addison's disease, and liver disease, can also cause symptoms of depression.

  • Childhood trauma

Childhood trauma has a profound effect on a person's psychological condition as an adult. Some bad events such as sexual harassment, parental loss, or parental divorce can trigger this condition.

  • Poor diet

Who would have thought, this condition could also be caused by your poor diet. For example, if you often eat sweet foods.

The study found that a diet high in sugar was associated with this mental disorder. Low vitamin and mineral intake can also cause this condition.

  • Severe and chronic stress

Do you feel you are under constant pressure? Be careful, these conditions can trigger severe stress which ultimately causes depression. The researchers suspect that cortisol hormone levels are constantly high can suppress serotonin levels and eventually trigger symptoms of depression.

  • Environmental factors

Mental disorders can be caused by things that are encountered every day, such as work. Stacking work, an uncomfortable work environment, to personal problems with the boss or coworkers can trigger a person experiencing depression.

Not only the problem of work, the environment at home or friendship that does not support can also trigger this condition.

  • Left by loved ones

Is there anything sadder than a loved one? Yes, in many cases, deep sorrow from being left behind or even betrayed by your loved ones can trigger this mental disorder.

That is because the sufferer has trouble sleeping, and people who have difficulty sleeping will have an impact on the heart that works harder than normal. People whose hearts are working hard will feel an irregular heartbeat accompanied by chest pain.

  • Decreased Sleep Quality

A person who is depressed usually makes his body more tired than usual even though previously they did not do strenuous physical activity. The fatigue makes them want to sleep because with sleep they can forget their sadness or the burden of his mind for a while.

However, there are also those who find it difficult to sleep due to the burden of thoughts that continue to interfere even into dreams when they sleep.

  • Always Think of Death

A person with depression is usually always haunted by death in his mind. How will he die? What will happen to the family after he dies?

These thoughts will continue to haunt the sufferer to make them increasingly fall into depression. If you have reached this stage you should consult with an expert so you can get treatment quickly.

  • Try Suicide or Self-Injury

This last characteristic is the climax of someone who has reached depression at a severe level. The patient without thinking will try to end his life or not hesitate to hurt himself.
