L-CAR9000 Review / Testimonial / What I ate in a week (PART 2)

As per my previous blog post. I decided to try L-CAR9000 for a week. Even the product description says that the result can be seen in 1 -3 days, so I give it a shot.


Based on the product description, eat 1 capsule 15 - 30 minutes before breakfast and 1 capsule 15 - 30 minutes before bed. 


Per capsules contain 9000mg of L-Carnitine, consuming 2 of them is 1800mg. The daily dosage is 3g per day. But as for me, I only took 1 in the morning 15 minutes before breakfast. I didn't eat it at night since I really didn't feel any hunger. 


As I promised!



Day 1

Breakfast: Instant noodles
Lunch: A bag of chip
Dinner: 2 slices of fruit cake


I had to eat that cake tho, cause it's my brother's birthday.


To be honest, I did not feel really hungry. It really helps me suppressing my appetite! I think I drink almost 2 liters that day.



Day 2

Breakfast: Fried rice, an egg, and 3 fishball
Lunch: I ate the remaining fried rice that I didn't finish earlier. #earlysatiety
Dinner: 2 slices of cake, again...


I was feeling early satiety on my breakfast time which is a good thing for me tho. Cause I know I can eat a lot, but after consuming this it really controls my hunger.


However, at night time, I slept at 11 PM and I woke up at 1 AM feeling fresh. I tried to sleep back but I really can't. So I scroll on my social media hoping that I get bored and sleepy from it and then I fell asleep at 3 AM.


Rarely encounter this problem, usually, I had a really good sleep before. Maybe it's because of the product?




Day 3

Breakfast: Instant noodles
Lunch: 1 boiled egg
Dinner: Another 1 boiled egg


Before consuming this, I usually eat rice with some side dishes. But eating 1 boiled egg really satisfies my hunger.


However, I really feel thirsty and a dry throat. That day maybe I drink 2.5 liters I guess.




Day 4

Breakfast: Rice + Chicken and Pork fried noodles
Lunch: -
Dinner: Rice and onion scallion chicken


I had breakfast twice, my Manager is too kind that he bought me another breakfast. He's the best tho!


Since I had twice breakfast, I didn't eat anything on my lunch break cause I didn't feel hungry. But I do feel thirsty.



Day 5

Breakfast: -
Lunch: 1 packet of fried banana chips
Dinner: Rice and chicken


Not skipping breakfast purposely, was rushing to the office. Also, I do not feel really hungry, so most of the time I drink water.



Day 6

Breakfast: -
Lunch: Instant noodle and egg
Dinner: -
Snack: Banana


I didn't have breakfast again, got some personal thing to do. 


Still feeling thirsty, so I still drink a lot of water.


Day 7

Breakfast: -
Lunch: Fried rice
Dinner: Rice + Chicken


Again skipping breakfast cause some personal things.

New product for me, a new review for you! My sister bought a bottle (Thailand Product) of this for MYR55 = USD 13.24, but she gave me cause she wanted me to try this. She told me to read more about L-Carnitine because I think everyone should know what we're eating right?


So, I found a lot of information on the internet about L-Carnitine (L-CAR9000). I'm not gonna copy-paste all the info here, I will try to explain it from what I understood and do a little comparison.

  • L-Carnitine helps with weight loss, by moving your fatty acids into your cells to be burned for energy.


  • The daily dosage for L-Carnitine approximately is 3g per day. But, this product contains 9g per capsule. It might have a stronger effect on us and per day we eat 2 capsules which means 18g of L-Carnitine. 


  • What happens when you took more than the recommended daily dosage? It may cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, seizure and fishy body odor.


  • L-Carnitine is LIKELY SAFE to be consumed for up to 12 months. BUT, with the right dosage. 


  • It helps with suppressing appetite


Knowing this info is enough for me since I really wanted to try it!

Since in the product description it said that the result can be seen in 1 - 3 days. I will give it a week if it really does help with the weight issues. I mean, I'm not saying that I will lose 10kg in a week, but if it can suppressing my appetite than I believe this product really helps!

Maybe I should give it a shot too right?

Bird nest has been consumed by many people and it is one of the delicacies in Chinese cuisine. It contains protein, anti-aging properties, collagen, amino acid and minerals which is essential for our health. So, I decided to try it since it is also good for the skin. I mean, it has a lot more benefits than this, that is why the price is also expensive!

There are many types of Bird Nest's has been sold out there. Raw or clean bird nest and birds nest drink. Honestly, it is hard to tell how many percentages of birds nest contains in a drink. I bought mine a 70ml bird nest, brand Ecolite which contains below 7% of birds nest.

Honestly, if you're going to eat it raw, it tastes like nothing (unflavored jelly) and cleaning a raw bird nest is not a fun thing to do. Maybe that is also one of the reasons why the cleaned bird nest is kinda expensive than the raw nest.

By the way, I bought this while on sales so it didn't cost me a lot of money. Per box has 6 bottle 70ml and sorry for the bad photo background. I was just so excited when I received it and directly took a photo without thinking about the background. As you can see, the product is well packed by the supplier! Receive it in a really good condition, worth the money. 


It is not fair to write a review if I only consume 1 box. So I decided I will buy a box or more depending on my budget. If you really wanna have a firm skin you can try Bird Nest. BUT, this is a long term drink. You can't drink it for a month and expect a good result.


As I said earlier, it contains collagen and anti-aging properties. If you have a skin problem surely this can help you solve it. Since I have a box here, I will drink it 2 bottles per week. In a year I guess, I will write another review.


Noted to everyone here, smoking can damage our skin and caused more than a wrinkle. Don't ever smoke and drink Bird Nest, but expecting a good result. Also, NO alcohol.

There are 2 types of Bird Nest that I bought from this supplier. Bird nest without ginseng and with ginseng. This product sold out real fast, I wanted the Birds Nest original but I missed the chance. Believe me, a lot of people drink this because of its benefits. 


I bought the Birds nest with ginseng, but I didn't regret it at all. It tastes really good! It is sweet, but not a sweet juice. I can't really explain it, but it tastes damn good. So do not worry if you're going to try this for the first time. Whether with ginseng or without ginseng both have the same benefits.


The ginseng didn't overpower the taste. Because that's what I thought at first. But no, it tastes good and even better if you drink it cold.
