However, don't forget the nutritional needs of your family. There are considerations that must be considered, including:

We often find in the grocery store and supermarket a variety of fresh and frozen foods, such as vegetables and meat. If you choose fresh, make sure the condition is good by the smell, appearance, condition, not withered or damaged.


The difference in fresh food ingredients with frozen is the nutritional content of fresh food will disappear several days along with wilting or stale due to pathogenic bacteria. While frozen food is more nutritionally maintained because the growth of pathogenic bacteria is inhibited. Many of us have experience with headaches. Some are worst until we can not focus on jobs but some can recover quickly. There's a lot of causes of headache. For example, did not get enough sleep time, lack of rest, stress, did not drink or eat, overthinking and a lot more.


Although some people do not consider it something serious. But it's something that should not be underestimated.


Many choose to take medication to cope with headaches. Although it will be able to get rid of headaches quickly, eating medicines continuously can affect health problem.


In fact, if consumed excessively, it will damage the kidneys. Thus, there are several alternatives and natural ways that are not only better but cheaper.






Drink plenty of water

For men: Drink at least 13 glasses of water (3 liters) daily
For women: Drink at least 9 glasses of water (2.2 liters) daily


Dehydration can cause headaches. Drink a glass of water as soon as your head begins to ache, and try to keep on drinking small sips throughout the day. You will gradually feel the pain began to subside. Avoid drinking anything that can cause dehydration such as coffee, alcohol, and drinks that are loaded with sugar.

I did a suggestion on how to use these all type of limes. As you know, I believe in the alternative way of being healthy rather than taking a drug that might turn into a chemical reaction in our body.

Lime surely have a lot of benefits the same as the other. Most people are using it in cooking or baking recipe. Here's extra info for you about lime other than cooking or baking!

If you ate a lot of fried food or oily food. Drink a glass of lime juice before bedtime. 1-2 fresh lime squeeze and mix in with water. Do not add sugar ok?

Let the lime do the work for you while you're sleeping, and the next morning you will poop easily.

If you think 1-2 lime doesn't help you to poop easier, you can always add 1 or 2 more.

Never drink it with an empty stomach, only drink it if you ate too much oily or fried food. It helps with weight loss too!

Lemon is one of my favorites! Sore throat? Drink lemon juice, no sugar as usual. Lemon high in Vitamin C.

Most know lemon is the best natural whitening agent. If you have a dark spot on your skin, apply some lemon on it for 5 minutes. Make it as your daily remedies for dark spots skin. 

Do not apply if you have a cut on that dark spot. It burns more than hell.

Lemon and ginger are the best combinations to help with coughing. Boil half cut lemon and ginger for 30 minutes in 500ml water. Drink it when it warm and it helps with the cough.

Ahh, the bergamot orange. For me, this has the best citrusy fragrant. If you're having a sick motion, scratch the skin using your nail and smell the fruits.

Headache? Also, do the same. It really has a very strong fragrant. You can also use it as a car or room freshener. Slice the fruit and put it in every corner of your room or car. It smells better than the perfume car that contains chemicals.

Even the leaf of bergamot orange has a benefit. Use it in your curry recipe for antioxidant agent plus it makes food smells more appetizing!

Tips for healthy eye


Eyes are god valuable gift. To ensure that we can enjoy good vision, we need to get regular eye checks. Follow our tips to maintain healthy eye!


When you're reading

  • Reading distance

Be sure to read the distance between 30 to 40 cm from the book to the eye. If the distance is too close, it will cause the eye muscle tense to focus. This can lead to headache

  • Body position while reading

The position of the body should always straight back. Do not read while lying down. This will cause the eye muscle to work more to focus on the reading material. Thus, your eyes will become tired and watery.

  • Avoid reading when in a moving vehicle

Reading when in the moving vehicle and the bumpy road condition can cause a headache and motion sickness. This happened because the eye's ability to focus become unstable when reading.


Lighting

Sufficient light is essential when reading. Make sure the lighting is not too dim or too bright when reading because it will interfere with the comfort and health of the eyes

Food for eyes

Proper nutrition plays an important role in maintaining eye health and preventing eye diseases. Make sure that the daily food that you take can provide essential nutrients to maintain eye health. Practice eating foods rich in vitamin A & C - milk, vegetables (especially carrots and broccoli) and fruits (especially apricots and grapes) and so on.


Carrots and tomatoes have been recognized as good food for the eyes because of the source of high Vitamin A

Make an exercise for your eyes

The first step, look at an object near you, then gradually see the further object as far as possible

  • Screen brightness

Eye fatigue due to computer use occurs when there is excessive light from the outside source (sun). Make sure the lighting around the computer is half dimmer than the light used at home and office. Use an office light or a room that has the appropriate intensity.


  •       Reduce glare

Eyelid glare from light sources may occur as a result of light reversals from the surface of the wall, the computer screen and so on.

For eyeglass wearers, make sure your lens has an 'Anti-Reflection Coating'(Multicoating) to minimize the effect of glare on eyes and reduce eye stress

  •        Blink frequently
Lack of blinking will cause dry eyes and cause the eye to have no protective layer.


If necessary, use an eye drop to wipe the eye when it is dry and sandy. The condition of this dry eye may become worse when in an air-conditioned room or office.

  •          Rest 

If you're focusing on the computer screen for too long, you should rest for a while by trying to look at other objects for a moment every 20 - 30 minutes. This can reduce the stress of your eyeball.

  • Use safety glasses (Safety eyewear)

If your job is exposed to hazards and may cause eye injuries from drilling, cutting, grass and so on, be sure to wear safety glasses or protective goggles to protect your eyes from harm.

Wearing sunglasses

Sunglasses that provide Ultra Violet(UV) radiation protection from sunlight. Make sure you get advice from optometrists when selecting sunglasses that suit you. Good sunglasses are those that can screen and protect 99-100% UVA and UVB from sunlight. UV rays can cause cataracts.
