I did a suggestion on how to use these all type of limes. As you know, I believe in the alternative way of being healthy rather than taking a drug that might turn into a chemical reaction in our body.

Day 1

If you read the above 'Noted' statement. I did mention not to consume Apple Detox on an empty stomach. Did I obey the instruction? NO

The capsule effect started after 3 - 4 hours for me. Ya, not a good idea consuming it with an empty stomach. 

Then I started to feel like gastritis. Feels like I need to puke. Really feel an uncomfortable and upset stomach.

I thought I get gastric cause I didn't eat my lunch. Cause of the stomach upset, I had to eat to fill my tummy. 

Halfway of me eating, I had a sudden need to puke. I puke all the food that I just ate. 

It happened because I consume Apple Detox on an empty stomach. So if you wanted to try Apple Detox, make sure to fill your tummy first before consuming!

Day 2

Day 2 is okay for me. I eat a lot before consuming the capsule. I also drink lots of water.

I just eat normally like my daily routine. I didn't cut off carb or anything. Just eat the way I used to eat.

I think after consuming it, I'd go to the toilet for 4 - 5 times. Still, get the upset stomach. But no more puking for me. 

Day 3

If you consuming any kind of capsule or tea detox, drinking water is really important. We need to stay dehydrated. And did I follow the rules? Again NO. 

I take 1 capsule before I sleep. I got up on the 5am cause of severe stomach ache. 

The reason why I wanted to consume Apple Detox is to improve my digestive system.

That was the severe stomach ache I have in my whole life. Seriously, I thought I couldn't handle the pain anymore. 

I will just be honest. I stayed in the toilet for 30minute and more, I can't poop. 

After that, I get to my room and I just drink 1 liter of water! I really couldn't stand up straight just because of my stomach ache. I literally cried, I really thought that I can't handle the pain anymore.

After I drank water, I decided to give myself a bit of time. I just sleep on the cushion on my living room. I really don't have the energy to go to my room and sleep.

An hour later, I started to feel like I need to poop. I get up, still, couldn't stand straight and stay in the toilet for 30minutes more.

At least this time I can feel my bowel is half empty. After that, I drink another 700ml of water. 

Finally, I feel less hurt on my tummy and can stand straight. 

Do you ever feel like that? Severe stomach aches that you can't stand straight. I almost call an ambulance lol

Day 4

Yesterday incident has given me another lesson. 

Drink a lot of water and never consume it in an empty stomach.

So on day 4, I drink 3 liters of water after taking a capsule of Apple Detox.

The next day, I just defecate like usual and I am happy with that.

Everything that I told is just my honest review. I didn't say that Apple Detox is bad. Until now I'm still consuming it, cause it helps me relieve constipation.

I bought another 4 packets of Apple Detox. Cause I really love a product that can help with my problem!
