When we are talking about diet, the majority most of us will feel distressed.
We do not have to stay hungry all the time. We just need to control every portion that we need to eat.


Being healthy and beautiful is a dream for every woman regardless of age. It is important for women to know what they eat while on diet to stay healthy and maintaining ideal weight.

Yes, rice can be eaten during your diet process! But like I say, control your rice portion. Which is just a handful of your hand. Is it sound weird? hmm. For a better choice during dieting, you can choose to eat brown rice, quinoa or cauliflower rice.

Chicken is a good source of protein. But instead of choosing deep fried chicken, it is better to choose roast chicken or steamed chicken. But keep in mind, you're in the process of losing weight. For the seasoning avoid using a lot of salt and sugar. Instead, substitute your table salt with Himalayan sea salt.

Avocado is a unique fruit and nutritious!


Avocados are high in fat. But it's monounsaturated fat. Which is a 'good' fat that helps lower cholesterol, as long as you eat them in reasonable amounts, avocados can definitely be part of an effective weight loss. Avocados are low in sugar and contain fiber, which also helps you feel full longer.

One of the most simple ways for you to diet is to squeeze lime on your food. Or you can make lime juice but without the sugar. Drink 1 glass of warm lime juice 30 minutes before you sleep.
