Frozen fruit is not as good as fresh fruit?

Fruits that have been frozen seem to be fresh, especially when eaten during the day.

However, it turns out that the fruit should not be frozen, you know.

Frozen fruit will lose its scent. Not only that, the texture will turn out to be harder and when left at room temperature, the flesh will become mushy. Even the color changes when frozen and the appearance of it may not be appetizing like fresh fruits.

In addition, fruits that contain some beneficial substances, such as vitamin B-complex, vitamin C, riboflavin, thiamine, niacin, and folate are melting with the water in frozen fruit that has been left at room temperature.

So, how?
