There are many ways to improve your health such as weight loss, eating less, exercising, drinking plenty of water, and sleeping.
But guys, that's just mainstream. It's too normal. We are not normal... I guess? or is it just me?
Let's look at ways to be healthy but weird and effective...
Disclaimer: Some of these tips might work to some people and honestly I never follow any of these tricks... yet. Just sharing a little information that I knew and heard from others.
Jacy I have heard about the garlic insertion thing and I know a few persons who has told me it works like magic! I am a scaredy when it comes to things like that so don't attempts things like that! Love your post darling. Keep the fire burning!

DeleteI didn't know about cold water or ice water because I also thought it should be lukewarm water. This is interesting. I'll try it for few weeks.

ReplyDeleteThese are totally weird stuff. I had to cringe at that garlic thing. OMG, I cannot believe there are people who fall for that. I have learned something new about brushing teeth after having an acidic meal. I would probably just rinse my mouth with water and then brush later.
