Bad breath is often a major problem for everyone. The cause can be due to dry mouth which is not drinking enough water. This problem certainly can make you uncomfortable and become less confident. Even so, bad breath can be overcome in a number of ways.

Lemon has a number of benefits for the body. One of them can be used as a mouthwash that serves to eliminate unpleasant odors in the mouth. It's easy, just squeeze the lemon juice and mix it into the water. 


Then, add a quarter cup of baking soda and a pinch of salt. Stir all the ingredients and lemon juice is ready for use. You can rinse your mouth every time when you're feeling attack by 'bad breath'. If done regularly, your breath will be guaranteed to be fresher during the day.

2. Drink plenty of water

Make sure you drink lots of water every day. As mentioned above, a dry mouth can cause bad breath. Therefore, drink at least eight glasses of water a day.
